All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

    Free on orders over $100 / $10 flat rate
  • Express Shipping:
    1–3 business days
    $15 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: up to 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia.

All Solis & Luna Jewels are carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and unpacking video.
  • For lost parcels, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
