Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and unpacking video.
- For lost parcels, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
