Damaged or Defective Pieces

While we maintain strict quality checks, in the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will ensure a seamless resolution.

  • Kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video, recorded at the time of opening the package, is required to process any claim. This allows us to maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our process.
  • Once verified, you may choose between:
    • A replacement of the same piece, subject to availability, or
    • A refund, processed to your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility
